I didn’t start Goals Impact Coaching & Consulting to chase titles, trends, or applause.

It was built from lived experience — more than 25 years inside classrooms, programs, and leadership roles. Over the years, I’ve spent time observing what truly works and what quietly breaks schools from the inside.

I’ve lived the pressure of running programs. I’ve seen how burnout affects both directors and teachers. I’ve witnessed how the absence of strong systems creates chaos, and how the right support can change everything.

This work is deeply personal to me.

I believe strong leadership creates safe classroom environments for children and provides peace of mind for families. I believe teachers thrive when they feel prepared and supported. And I believe children flourish when programs are stable, intentional, and well-led.
